1. Acceptance

By using apcgstrategy.com (the “Site”), operated by Apirat Performance Catalyst Group (“APCG”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Content and intellectual property

All content on the Site — including The 256© Diagnostic, the 256-archetype library, frameworks, reports, text, graphics, and the APCG name and logo — is the property of APCG and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without prior written permission, except for your own internal, non-commercial use of reports we deliver to you.

3. The 256© Diagnostic

  • The individual diagnostic is provided free of charge for professional self-assessment.
  • For accuracy, it is limited to two completed runs per email address per rolling 30 days.
  • Diagnostic outputs are directional management insight based on your self-reported answers. They are not audited findings, financial advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of business results.

4. No professional-advice reliance

Site content is general information about APCG's services. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional advice for your specific situation, and no consultant–client relationship is created until a written engagement is agreed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to breach security, scrape data at scale, circumvent usage limits, or submit another person's email address without their authority.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, APCG is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on free diagnostic outputs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
