Leadership diagnostics allow C-suite members and senior leaders to express their views candidly. Individual responses are never presented as named responses in client-facing outputs.
Instead, findings are synthesized into aggregate patterns, priority themes, leadership divergence maps, and alignment gaps — so leaders can fully share what they see, where they disagree, and what they believe is holding the organization back, without the pressure of internal politics or public attribution.
